Great packet for the price. I purchased to do a simple lesse agreement. I am satisfied with the contract would purchsse again. This agreement is more value than the online pay for completion forms. There are no membership fees and essy to fill out.

the form itself was good. the only problem was i needed the spot where i had to have it notarized and it wasnt there. i had to go to the bank and they printed a form and added it to the last page of the lease.

Adam's Residential Lease Form was perfect for my needs. It allowed me places to specify and adjust the contract to the specific terms and conditions for the lease. Also due to the recent Hurricanes I was able to show leniency towards the tenants and since their home was destroyed and fund were not enough to rebuild. They applied through a few programs for assistance, should any come to about for them and they do rebuild, they can break the lease with a 30 day notice with no penalties. It was easy to use, self guiding and explanatory as you went along and covered most bassi's you could possibly need in a rental situation.
