This power bank is always running. Every other one I've had shuts itself off after awhile. It's noisy and seems like a waste of electricity so we have to unplug it when we're done using it. Also it gets extremely hot when left plugged in so I'm worried about a possible fire.

easily solvable through customer service
look imbsure im not the onlu one this happened to but also im just as sure this wasbjust a very unexpected accident,so my one star review is solely tnis experience, so ok.....as soon as i plugged it up it popped extremely loud threwba few s p arks had a funny smell ans thats it.....Iill update this review depending on tbe finalnresult from customer service....

i never received this !!!! i called walmart several times and i was offered nothing. no suggestions on how to proceed, no store credit, no refund, not the manufactors phone number or email. all the associate kept saying is the tracking number says it was delivered. Very disappointing. we had a big celebration weekend planned the day of delivery. everyone was let down

DOESN'T LAST LONG, THE BOX BURNT UP WITH IN A FEW DAYS, I LOOKED UP CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON THIS BOX AND EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM.

it over heated in 1 week and it wasn't cover up with anything its just cheap and smells like it has a small fire in them DO NOT BUY THIS ....
