I love the product, and it is the best protection/ bandage I have ever used for burns and open wounds. However, I was disappointed in the packaging. I was under the impression that I would be receiving a box (like in the photo) of these applications. Instead, I just received a padded envelope with several of the applications just pulled from a larger source and loose in the envelope. Just not what I expected.

This was advertised as two boxes of 10, that's what the photo shows, but I got 19 small individual packages. Not having the box makes me wonder about the sanitation and cleanliness of it. Plus they shorted us one.
