Love how straightforward this white noise maker is. It's been a good replacement for the floor fan we were using in our nursery. Only complaints are that it doesn't come with a power adapter (USB) and there is a faint high ringing sound. Some may not even be able to hear it, but now that I've noticed it, I always do.

I rated this sound machine as average because it has only one sound, like wind blowing. One sound only, a volume button, and on-off switch. Also, only plugs into a computer. You need an adapter to plug into wall. This was not as I expected.

I gave it 2 stars because it had the sounds i wanted but it is far too quiet. It give a small amount of noise cover but not much. Guess you get what you pay for.
