These are the comfiest scrubs I have ever worn. Initially I purchased the XL and they fit a little baggy (went with the measurements they suggested) they fit perfect for a more relaxed fit without looking gross. And ultimately settled with the mediums. I am 5'2” 180. My measurements are 42”,40”,44”. The length of the pants are perfect. I only have to roll up the hem once for them to not be on the ground and the top part settles perfectly above my hips where they are supposed to.
