Better options out there
I got this cover to fit two 30lb tanks for an RV I was selling since my hard cover was broken. It includes 2 pieces of thin fiberboard that are supposed to fit into the cover at the top to provide shape and stability. They are to be joined by a plastic insert, but this top you assemble is a smaller size than the cover top, so it causes the cover to look sloppy. If you push the fiberboard to the outer edges to support them, it leaves a 2" gap in the middle between the boards. Next time I'd spend a couple more dollars and get the hard cover.
