We're pleased with these, for light recreational use. Each dart comes in 3 pieces, plus a small rubber protective tip that is over the pointy steel tip. Each flag has to be folded out from flat until it is 4-sided, then mashed into the plastic wedge.

I bought the $4.95 pack of darts but they're cheap...These are very nice! My son appreciated this gift
