Adesso® Harper 300W Torchiere Floor Lamp, 71"H, White Shade/Steel Base

This lamp went together quickly and works perfectly! It looks great. Now I'm replacing 2 other lamps with this style.

Simple, Nice looking lamp with two bulbs is very bright and suitable for corner of living room

Excellent lamp for the price. Provides nice diffuse up light and down light. Two different light settings.

I really wanted a modern torchiere lamp to brighten up our room. Unfortunately, it will not be this one. The light bulbs stick out about an inch and a half from the top of the lamp, which to us, looks odd and doesn't show in the online picture. I had thought the cord coming out of the bottom few inches of the main pole (rather than out through the bottom so you couldn't see it) seemed strange...and it is. Also, the cord is black, rather than clear, and stands out too much from our light colored flooring. Additionally, the center post is so slim, the whole thing wobbles for a bit after you turn it on or off. And lastly, the light bulbs flicker (which in fairness, could just be our bulbs.)

This lamp gives off a lot of light, which is what I was looking for. It's pretty lightweight, so I wouldn't put in a high traffic area where it could get knocked over easily. I purchased the white lampshade and it looks like it does in the picture.

This floor lamp looks elegant in the space it was purchased for. It has two light settings and brightens the room with soft warm light. I love the slim design, it is delicate looking, but very sturdy.

This lamp goes very well in my bedroom, provides enough light for the entire room by itself. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

Very bright. Two light settings. I'm pretty tall so I can see the bulbs sticking over the shade. But I still love it.

It's a very elegant looking lamp. I really like the gray/black shade especially when the light is on. it has a heavy base and it's very sturdy.

Sturdy, stable, gives off plenty of light. I would buy it again!
