Adults with sensitive skin can use it too!
Even though this is advertised for babies, an adult can use this too. My wife has very sensitive skin and avoids direct sunlight while driving. Since her previous screens were wearing out, we bought this. These are very good quality and cover a car window very well. You can choose to use suction cups or Velcro. This is the best purchase from value perspective too.

Worked well for a week
This worked well for one week-long road trip, however I pulled hem out again after a month and cannot get them to stick to my windows! They will stick for a few minutes and then fall off. One suction cup is slightly bent and won't stick at all anymore, and on one the retracting mechanism has broken, so it is stuck at full extension and won't roll back up.
