Overall satisfied
Pros- you can do twist sit-ups . Sturdy Cons- the end caps to keep the pads in place for your knees and ankles are extremely cheap! The distance between the pads for the knees and ankles are not adjustable. This is a little bit of a problem for comfort. Overall, I like the bench. I would recommend this unit for others to purchase.
