Was recommended from my PT evaluation for left side shoe. If needed %26 recommend by trained professional I found the exact make. 2 per pack.
Fit my shoes and I think it will last for a while. I may order again, wish I could get more of them for the same price.
I love them. they help a lot. my left foot is shorter than the right
Does what it's supposed to do.
Resulting from hip surgery, I have a disparity in leg length and these "heel lifters" have been helping me cope with this minor but problematic issue. The lifters fit well in my athletic shoes and sandals alike and I have ordered many to leave attached to my many favorite shoes/sandals.
The lift does the job if you're after a little more evenness in walking, particularly if one leg is shorter than the other. If you haven't worn one for a while, be prepared for a little cramping in your foot and calf for the first day or so, until your muscles adjust.
I am a woman size 9 shoe size. According to the size chart for this item I would wear a Medium heel lift. The item was considerably too large for my shoes and I had to cut away about 1/4 inch all the way around to get inside any of my shoes. Otherwise its fine. I wonder if whoever packed it sent a Mens Medium?
Ordered this for my husband who had hip replacement. Arrived in a few days via USPS. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they are pretty hard on his heel, need to be softer. He said its like walking on a board, so we got a gel heel pad to put on top and that made it better.
It does not stay put in shoe so you have to bend over every time you put your shoes on to put it into the shoe. Problem since I am disabled and cannot bend all the way down.
I have purchased this product before (see pictures) and was happy with it. It was a versatile wedge that could be tapered %26 trimmed to fit what you needed for different shoes, sandals, slippers etc. But MARS has increased the price and the product is noticeably thinner which makes it less versatile. After comparing prices, I bought the MARS because I thought I was getting a better deal %26 I was familiar with their product. The product is OK but not worth the price. I will look elsewhere next time.
