Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lifts - Leg Length Discrepancy - Pack of 2

Was recommended from my PT evaluation for left side shoe. If needed %26 recommend by trained professional I found the exact make. 2 per pack.

Fit my shoes and I think it will last for a while. I may order again, wish I could get more of them for the same price.

I have a length disparity in one leg is shorter than the other after hip surgery, these definitely help! They even help reduce the pain!

I am a woman size 9 shoe size. According to the size chart for this item I would wear a Medium heel lift. The item was considerably too large for my shoes and I had to cut away about 1/4 inch all the way around to get inside any of my shoes. Otherwise its fine. I wonder if whoever packed it sent a Mens Medium?

The lift does the job if you're after a little more evenness in walking, particularly if one leg is shorter than the other. If you haven't worn one for a while, be prepared for a little cramping in your foot and calf for the first day or so, until your muscles adjust.

It does not stay put in shoe so you have to bend over every time you put your shoes on to put it into the shoe. Problem since I am disabled and cannot bend all the way down.

I have purchased this product before (see pictures) and was happy with it. It was a versatile wedge that could be tapered %26 trimmed to fit what you needed for different shoes, sandals, slippers etc. But MARS has increased the price and the product is noticeably thinner which makes it less versatile. After comparing prices, I bought the MARS because I thought I was getting a better deal %26 I was familiar with their product. The product is OK but not worth the price. I will look elsewhere next time.
