My Jack Russell loves it!
I would've rated this a five star product if it was easier to put my dog into it. I also wish the straps were either wider or had some type of cushions at your shoulders and backs pressure points. Other than that, my dog absolutely loves it.

SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY
Do not order the dog carrier, it's meant for a baby doll or something it's not correct size for a dog, and the shopping was a week and a day late, the package wasn't taken to USPS until the day before I got it. Worst company ever!!!
