Missing 2 major pieces just like some of the other reviews said.. people must be ordering then reordering taking parts out and sending this back so the next person is missing the same things as the last person was. Terrible. Don't even know what to do now that I put it together and threw out the box. Missing both rods that hold the net and frame angle together. 2 pieces of metal with holes to adjust the angle.
This product was a Christmas gift. It was missing 8 big metal parts, and came with a hole in the box. I was told the person could return it for store credit or exchange, so I sent my email purchase confirmation information. When they took it to the return counter, Walmart would not give them credit or exchange, because I bought it from Walmart Marketplace. They refunded my credit card instead. I will never buy a gift from Walmart Marketplace again. That's not right. The product was missing pieces, and Walmart was dishonest and had terrible customer service.
Was missing two pieces! Was a Christmas gift so my daughter was devastated. My husband was able to build something to fix it but that should not be how it works! No parts to hold the bars from folding together!
I'm missing parts from this item. So disappointing on Christmas for your child to open but not be able to use it
