I was initially very nervous about the sturdiness of this bench, as I assumed I'd need to spend between $180–$200 to get something gym-quality. This completely blew me away. For only $70, I received the level of quality I expected to cost over double that price. At 6'0" and 200 lbs, I find it perfectly stable and secure. The extended headrest is a huge plus that I didn't even realize I needed until I used it. If you're looking for a sturdy bench at a great value, this is it. Pros: Sturdy Build: Holds weight confidently. Great Value: High-end feel for a budget price. Ergonomic: The extra headrest length is a game-changer..
Assembly was easy and the bench works great. I wanted a basic no-frills workout bench and that is what I received. I like the incline, to be a bit kinder to my back! It holds up to simple presses and flies and feels comfortable and sturdy.
Very shocked at stability and build. Holds up to two teens working out with it daily. Only risk is the hardware pins you have to keep track of since it's collapsed at the end of use. Easy to store and then quickly set up in a very small space. It works and not a super crazy bench but definitely gets the job done with barbells and weights dumbbells and leg work outs. Used also for arm work out since bench can adjust to 90-180 degrees. Simple yet effective for quick daily routines but the folded bench needs to lean on something to store upright. Comes with a handle to move it around. Padding is sufficent and teeth lock in the angles you want. Flat back workout is fairly good. Bench does go completely flat with adjustable head rest. Teen over 6' 2” is comfortable and headrest can be removed. Picked it up after Black Friday for early Christmas gift under $70 with fee Walmart shipping. Put a two year warranty on it for a return if it broke.
Bench went togehter with ease in about 10 minutes. Have used it multiple times. Only thing I didnt like was the decline portion is either all the way down or flat no in between. Incline has multiple degrees of angle. Seems strudy enough for general use and moderate weights.
I love the sleek look of the bench as well as the sturdiness of it. I did expect it to look a bit more heavy duty, but the quality and durability of this bench spoke loudly of its duty. I highly recommend it. It was easy to put together. I feel very confident while using it.
I use it for workouts that I do on YouTube and it does well. I do not lift heavy weight so I can not comment on max weight for this bench. It feels sturdy and does not slide around.
Great for the money. Folds up nicely. Not great positioning for declining workouts. The gap between back rest and seat is too big and sometimes uncomfortable. For the money it's a great little bench and fold up pretty small and nicely if you want to travel with it or use it in a spare bedroom and put away when you have company
I'm a broad guy so the bench feels a little small on my back but it does. its job and for the price it's good. I did not want to overspend but I also wanted something that would work and to be sturdy. this is exactly that.
It goes from flat to full declined. There is no notch in between. It's not ideal to use it for declined bench presses or other similar exercises.
There's a reason it's so affordable. Overseas garbage. Spend a few extra dollars for quality equipment. Our bench came damaged with multiple rubber pieces in the wrong positions- almost as if it had already been used. Don't waste your money.
