Won't be using for a couple weeks, but it seems well made

This is a heavy duty carrier. It buckles down very tightly and didn't move around or rise up from wind resistance at 70 mph! It was a bit smaller than I expected. If I were to do it again I'd get the larger one. The price was excellent. Overall a great purchase!

The vinyl gets extremely hot to touch if your car is in the sun. I couldn't use the metal attachments as described without tearing my car door seals do I tied the straps through the back windows to the headrests instead. If I purchased a car top carrier again I would choose a smaller size. Fortunately, I have front and back crossbars on my car which held the carrier in place securely.

It leaks water in the car when it rains cause they just give you straps the direction to put it on is not really clear to read now I'm trying to figure out out to stop rain from coming in my car

I purchased Car Vehicles Waterproof Roof Top Cargo Carrier Luggage Travel Storage Bag VAF, used it ONE TIME and it has a rip. It's worthless if it's not water proof. It was easy to put up and strap down, instructions were pretty good so I gave it 2 stars but it's ridiculous to pay 50.00 for a one time use. I have messaged the company for a replacement for refund.

Sturdy construction but seems smaller than claimed, and is very difficult to mount. Does not include metal clips for doorframe; pass-through straps are too short to loop through inside of car. Maybe okay if you have a roof rack to strap it down to. Terrible instructions provide no help in mounting.

The second time I tighten down the straps they ripped right off of the cargo carrier Three of them that was the second time I used this thing and now it's been too long and I can't even take it back but the stitching is not good

Got this luggage rack for a family trip to Florida. We live in Indiana, so about a 14 hour drive. Not even two hours into our trip to buckles snapped in half. Fine, it came with spare ties and clips. Not even 6 hours into the trip we start hearing a loud noise so we pull over to find the luggage bag completely ripped open! We are lucky we didn't lose any luggage! For supposedly being able to fit 4 medium suitcases in it, we sure couldn't even fit our 2! Would like to be contacted about this please.

Not waterproof!!! not even water resistant. drove with the carrier in light rain for about 90min. and when we unzipped it the bottom of the carrier was covered in water. great unit otherwise and if you drive in the dry. or as we did on the return trip put all the bags in trash bags.
