The machine arrived a few days early. The box was intact. I took the machine out of the box and used it right away. I am pleased with all aspects of it. The spin cycle works properly. The instructions were easy enough to figure out. The agitator reverses direction getting clothes clean. Easy to use.

The washer itself looks like a good design, but unfortunately mine arrived damaged. The shipping box had a large hole and was heavily crushed on one side. When I opened it, the back corner of the washer had a large crack in the plastic housing. The FedEx driver also pointed out how badly the box was damaged when it was delivered. I asked if he wanted to take the delivery photo, but he said he would just mark it delivered instead. Because of the damage, the machine cannot be safely used. I just wanted to share my experience with the delivery and condition when it arrived.

i love this entire machine gets clothes cleaner than most washing machines. i do wish it came with a female hose adapter to hook up properly. beyond that 100% buy this.

This little spin washer is just what we needed in a pinch. The only reason for 4 star is because the knobs are really hard to turn for me (physically DISABLED, hands especially). Luckily, I have a wonderful son that does the hard stuff for me. Recommend it!!

Easy to hook up with proper sink attachment. Washer fills quickly and washes well. Drain hose doesn't fit over my sink needs to be rigged. Spinner works very well but way to small. Pretty satisfied overall

the water connection to the sink isnt what it shows. had to figure it out and i did. It says washer and dryer no it washes and does a good job but the dryer part is a spin cycle so the clothes will have to be hung up to dry but other than the small things it does a good job.

The machine is small but works well in my small apartment. The only thing that is terrible about it is the crappy plastic hose (without any connectors) that is supposed to hook up to my faucet. The hose hook up end is just a cheap plastic that will NOT hook up, I have taped it to my faucet and it still leaks. Would keep it because the machine itself works really well but need something that will hook up to my sink and not get water everywhere. I am renting and do not need to be paying extra for water damages.

The dryer side doesn't hold as much as it says and the wash side if you don't have the regular old school sinks the tubes will not connect to fill up washer I have to fill by bucket.

I purchased this not too long ago, maybe less than 20 days. I did 3 washes which worked fine, but during the spin dry of the 3rd wash the machine stopped working completely. Each wash was a medium load or lower and I followed the manual's suggestions. The washer and dryer side are both not spinning.

I've had other apartment size washing machines in the past., so I decided to get another one and it was the worst hundred and some odd dollars that I've ever spent. the first day that I used it the washing part stopped washing. what and waste my money won't waste my time
