Do not buy!!!! Their machine doesn’t work, and they refuse to give a refund. I have gotten the run around for several months.
Assembly directions/instructions were TERRIBLE. Badly written and very poor quality b%26w photo. On a more positive note, after I got used to hauling this HEAVY lawn and garden tool around, it is very effective….so far.
overall it works well, but I don't like the bump head (I replaced it with a better bump head) and the plastic cover that covers the muffler came broken so I was forced to remove it.
The documentation is inadequate. Does not tell how to change line on trimmer (length, clockwise/counterclockwise, etc.). Provides gas/oil mixing can but does not tell you which of the mixtures to use. I mixed 40:1 but am not sure that is correct. Seems to work okay, but I really need to find out about mixture and cannot find answer anywhere
When I received the package there was parts broken like the box was tossed and driven I don't know if I can refix it or if I can send it back but it's not a good product as far as sending. And they were definitely products missing from this package. I don't think I would ever buy them this company again
The item was broken. I reported it and as of this date have not received a response.
Very poor instructions for assembly. Spool did not work correctly and flew apart during 1st use. We are returning it.
bought this because i needed something to use around the house. I am very happy with this trimmer it blows through grass like its nothing. it has plenty of power so i definitely recommend trying it.
The wheel on edger part is great and keeps nice straight line. You do want to be sure and adjust handle when weed eating as it can give you a sore back. it was worth the purchase .
I only had one problem with it and that was the instruction to put together. They was not clear enough to see nor was the instruction in word form to understand
