the shipment was in two boxes. the shaft box was crushed but the item was not damaged. putting together was not to bad the picture on the page shows a shaft for each head you only get the one shaft and four heads they are good quality the blade guard is very thin and i was using the brush blade and it got hung up on vines so there went the guard it is meant for grass cutting not brush. the instruction book shows the handle on the right. but the grip feels better on the left. it has a good deal on power and took down vines small trees growing in the bundle of vines.

it's not what you think! There are no "detachable" heads. There are four, well actually only three cutting choices and you're not going to be quick changing them in the field or on the job, you're going to need your tools. The seller claims that a blade is a head.

poorly made, used it once and now it will not start. bought this for my husbands birtday, regretting my purchase.

Thought this would be a reasonably good product based on other reviews. Lets start with the product. Came with all the parts described but I had to assemble it. Directions are poorly written making assembly a challenge. One of the two line dispensers was broken inside when I went to add line. I have used the product five times since I bought it and it worked fine. On the sixth use it started up just fine, ran for about two minutes and stopped. I can no longer get it started. It will not even turn over. I want my money back. Had a weed Wacker that lasted 10 years. Should have went with that brand.

Shipped incorrectly and second box arrived past need date so had to buy locally. They do not take returns!! Last offer was for me to keep and get $80 for my trouble-awaiting solution through my bank.
