Seems to work as described good controls . Very easy to operate and not too technical.
Out of no where it has a error code an it doesn't spin it just sits an soaks I can't even change the cycle of the wash when I want to there isn't even department for washing powder or liquid or bleach
it doesn't have spin only like if is not dry you have to wash again but cleans good
The drain hose isn't even long enough to connect to the sink, and it doesn't finish on the cycle.Don't buy it
Find another one thats cheaper..This thang is a nightmare. squeeks when spinning. so loud im in apartments and seller shipped to my condo/apartment but failed to ring door bell. no call. no einging no text and item is showing on outside at xmas. Go elsewhere.

The washing machine is complete junk. It leaks water everywhere it doesn't hold any water in the basen. The Manual that came with the washer belongs to a different washing machine. Similar to the one i got but not exact. There are No program instructions. I think I got ripped off. ill have to call my cc company in the mornings. theres no email address or phone number. warranty number. Do not buy this item. I'm so disappointed. I bought a dryer and it doesnt get hot. it came 2 days ago. now this!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TRASH! IF YOU DO IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. From the first day I received it, it didn't work ( never drained the water out). The return process took forever, and I had to go through all channels for a refund, it took over a month for the issue to be resolved. Never again.
