It is highly usable (and easy to learn, even with no previous experience) without sacrificing power. You can create some real works of art with Lightroom and I'll probably keep my subscription indefinitely.

You can brighten up a dull shot, fix colors, or bring out little details with just a few clicks. It doesn't overwhelm you with tools, but it has everything you need to make your pictures look polished. One of my favorite things is how organized it keeps everything. Whether you're working on a few vacation pics or a huge photo project, it helps you stay on top of it all. I used it to edit some photos I took of my kids and it really made them look pretty professional once I was done editing. I found the platform pretty easy to navigate through as well.

Only downside is the monthly subscription, but it's worth it for what you get. Highly recommended for anyone serious about photography!

It basically does all the work for you. There's also step by step interactive tutorials. I love that it has an app so I can use it on my iPad instead of having to sit at my desktop computer.
