AdTech Premium Full Size High Temp Glue Gun 20 Watt Heater High Output Nozzle, with kickstand included

I'm a crafter, so I need a hot glue gun a lot. I find this one works really well, It holds items where I want them and it's rare that anything comes unglued.

I've always had a low temp glue gun and this was a game changer for me. I used it to help keep my Xmas lights up outside to keep them on the brick. Still hanging securely.

I ordered this for pickup, and when I got it home, the package says glue sticks sold separately. On the app, it clearly says on the package 2 glue sticks included. This wouldn't have been such a problem for me had Walmart actually had the glue sticks for it in stock, but they don't, and I was really wanting to finish my project right away. Now I'll have to find glue sticks elsewhere before I can.

Good size. False advertising for the product. It says it comes with 2 glue sticks. It doesn't. Read the package. In the bottom right corner it says, "Glue Sticks Sold Separately".

Two orders of this product. Both packages delivered with torn holes where included glue sticks had been removed prior to leaving the store. This should have been noticed before items were sent. Inconveniently, I had to take the items to the store to process returns.

Is not high output. Same output as my mini hot glue gun. I bought it believing he claim that it was high output because the last one I bought had low output, too. I need it for outdoor use. Gluing down rugs to the concrete porch. Otherwise, they can sliide. concrete is cold. Large beads of hot glue are the answer, but this gun only makes a small line. Not asking for a refund. Returns are a pita. I just won't buy another one from this brand. They do make some excellent hot glue, though.

Heated nozzle is an extremely small surface. This may be a plus for some, I think it's a big no for most crafters. If I had known, I would not have purchased.

The merchandise was wrong, the title was written 40 watts and received 20 watts. The power is not right. In addition, the title is full size, but the received is not full size.

The product shows and gives wrong information in the description of the item. States that it is 40w but the item is 20w and takes way too long to get hot enough to use. If I didn't need it that day, I would have returned it. Don't waste your money.
