My only complaint so far is I was unaware that it required a high temp full size glue gun so I had to wait to use it until I got one ordered but other than that instructions are pretty simple

Great deal, many uses
Awesome kit! Bought to work on dented tailgate, will need a glue gun.

Great product but you need to buy glue gun
Product seems great however it doesn't come with the glue gun needed for the kit to work. You need to buy the gun separately which is a bummer. It should be included to make things simpler.

Great kit at great price
This arrived on time and appears to be made of good quality and great value for the money with many pieces to the kit. I have not actually used it yet to be able to attest to how easy it is to use and the outcome of using it.

Good product
I have to admit I was a little worried at first. Surly did not want to make the dent bigger. But - to my surprise the dent went away Good directions and the statement on the ProTouch package said: Easily repair dents in 5 minutes - was correct Good product. I gave your product a 4 - as not sure how ProTouch works on bigger dents.

This item was better than last dent remover I purchased but I had to take my time to try to get it right. This product was difficult for me to use because of my personal issues with my hand but is useful instead of going to a professional and spending much more money.

Didn't last long
The plastic puller attachment snapped in half when trying to pull the dent. Needs better instructions.
