ADTEMP Temple Touch Digital Thermometer

Over the past 1 year, I have purchased 6 different brands of electronic thermometers and they ALL give results in the 93-97 degree range. A coworker of mine had this brand and I was shocked when she took the patient's temp and it was 98.4, so I sent back all of the other thermometers and bought this one. When placed at the temple of the patient, it is ALWAYS accurate! Wish I had found this one sooner! Some claim it takes a long time to register or is hard to use but all you do after putting the batteries in, is hit the button once, wait a few seconds then place it on the patient's temple and wait maybe 10 seconds. It will beep and it's done! If you want to take another reading, you do have to wait 1 full minute. Easy peasy and no more readings of 92, 93 or others that are very inaccurate!

I ive had one of these in the past. And it is still working after all these years. I just ordered this to have a back up . Because throughout the months of Covid I could not find one and Ill because throughout the months of Covid I could not find one and Ill sell the ones that I could find were triple the price .

Handy thermometer that is easy to use. Nice light weight sleek design. Works well and so far appears to be accurate. Great price too. Not too difficult to put in the batteries. I manually shut off the thermometer to prolong battery life. Pleased with the purchase.

With Covid-19 I thought it would be good to upgrade to a touch thermometer. We have had no problems with the item. Very happy about the fact that it has replaceable batteries, 2 AAA I believe.

Works perfect, takes about 30 seconds or more to beep when held to forehead but great value compared to other more expensive ones. Has a memory, too. Just follow the instructions. Small and convenient.

The Adtemp was just what we needed. With the Virus we needed to take Temps as the clients come in the door . This was just the right size as they come in the door. Ky Hairdressers require this to be done.

Super quick reading time, small so it doesn't take up a ton of room and easy to use as it only needs to be placed on the temple rather than swiped across the forehead. I use these at work within a hospital setting as well and they are perfect!

It gives an accurate read. Takes about six seconds, and then you have to wait a few minutes before you can use it again. I was glad to find this for home use because it didn't cost $60, but I wouldn't buy it if you need to use it like all day long to screen people.

I found the battery cover is nearly impossible to remove and the power button is right where you need to hold the device to remove the cover so it continuously goes on and off while trying. And they recommend removing the batteries while not in use. If it were a one time thing then ok but it is so difficult each time. Would love to know if anyone has a trick. The thermometer itself seems to work well.

Pickup orders are inconsistent. Online orders are worse. I wish I could leave a photo but pick ups have been mostly substitutes and online orders haven't gotten here yet!
