i got this for my adult son. He says it had good power, a little slow up hills but that was expected. It handles well, gets him anywhere he needs to go. I required him to upgrade to a better shooter due to having a less expressive one that would not work after a month. We got the extended warranty. The brakes work well, not overly sensitive or touchy. 10" tires seem to help better with control. He has been riding this scooter for 2 weeks. I'll come back in a few months for an update. Hoping it will be good!

Great high-end scooter for my 11 year-old. Has three speed limitation settings that we have gradually increased as he has become more comfortable. Great battery life. Heavy but can lift into pickup truck ok.

My 13 year old assembled herself. Very easy to use and appear to be in very good quality.

Reliable product to date!! Holds a decent charge. A lot of potholes and cracked asphalt where I live and the dual suspension has limited the impact on my joints. Only downside to this particular scooter is that it takes a minute or 2 for it to get up to full speed which is not ideal if you're trying to dart across the road and not get hit! Another downside to this particular scooter is the app for setup. I wish I could use the same app that the smaller version of this scooter uses because it's a little easier to learn to use. Overall not a bad investment if you're new to electric scooters or you're not wanting to fork out a lot of money for one.
