Great for cheesy costuming!
The Cape is fair quality which I knew when ordering. It is for fun only. I was disappointed in the collar - it attaches with a cheap chain. I expected velcro. Seller was fabulous. Received it very quickly.

poor workmanship
poor stitching, no velcro on attaching strap eagles beak was sewn up the the wing and it hangs very poorly .I would not buy anything else from these people and from walmart too forever to get it here from California.Im a very unhappy customer.....Ernie
