Fiber Smart capsules are a very important part of my life. I ran out of these and I will never do that again. One thing for sure is, running out showed me what they did for me. Without getting too graphic, my digestion and regularity are perfect with the capsules. Without is a major problem!!

I used to suffer from very painful IBS trapped gas pains. The pain was so intense/debilitating that I almost called an ambulence a few times. I have been suffering with a major IBS Flair up for 12 days (my longest ever). My symptoms of Bloating, gas, cramping, feeling of incomplete bowel movements (not exactly constipation), which would send me to the bathroom perhaps 2-3 times. No joke, I received fiber smart capsules yesterday and took 4 and made sure I was drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Early evening I took 3 more and this morning I am happy to report complete evacuation and relief. I tend to not get enough fiber in my diet, but taking these pills help pick up the slack. It's a lot of pills, but that's better than drinking a fiber slushie!

I have been using fiber smart for 7 years now. It really works at keeping you regular and the boost of probiotics is a plus!
