Not one of my regular supplements but do find energy boost when taking this. Pill is small and easy to take and price is good

These were on sale, so we went for it. The amount of Choline Bitartrate being 650mg is a decent dose, and there's no issues like stomach upset etc. One of our family members often gets headaches after taking a certain nootropic and a physician suggested that the issue might be easily resolved by supplementing with Choline before and after. The advice proved correct, and although not taken daily, this Choline supplement does its job as anticipated in terms of efficacy and quality of product/ingredients .

I watch my choline level being a CrossFit athlete and eat desiccated liver and egg yolks for this purpose. These foods are rich in choline (and delicious) and if you want a healthy liver you must eat this nutrient. It literally ‘drives' your liver along with glycine. I notice blocked pores and eye stye's immediately when my choline level is too low.

Seems like high quality Choline. I also got the NOW brand for my elderly parents, but wanted something without fillers. the benefits of Choline are multifold, for the brain, for detoxing the liver.. most people who do not eat eggs on a daily basis are most likely deficient in it. the ingredients and composition seem worth the price.

I haven't taken this long enough to get the results I'm hoping for, but so far I have noticed improvement in digestion due to the liver support. I have yet to see improvement in testosterone increase, but I know that may take a while as the liver needs to be healthy. I know I'll see improvement as I combine this with regular exercise, which I am just getting back to.

This is my first time of trying a choline product. I just really felt relaxed like a weight just got lifted off my shoulder. I could feel the nerves all over my body. Unfortunately, it's only 47% in the caps. I took 2 caps. On the positive side, there are absolutely no fillers.

to raise acetylcholine levels in the brain. With these I'm a bit sharper and my memory is more fluent. If I go a few days without I find that I'm transposing letters when I type, and forgetting names. I use 2 per day and it's safe, economical and effective.

Ist time buying this brand of supplement because it is free from these ingredients - magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Quality is good and capsule size easy to swallow. I use this choline for the benefit of my liver health ie to stave off fatty liver.

Didn't feel any prominent effect, (took this instead of the other one which was out of stock, otherwise wouldn't experiment). It didn't cause any side effects as well. Wrote an email to the manufacturer asking what is the source for choline here, and still, after two months, no one answered my letter. It' doesn't say if it's vegan or not and I am still not sure...

Issues with Purity. Efficacy is POOR. Normally after having a quality 100% pure choline bitartrate supplement for few weeks, one will feel effects like reduction in anxiety, relaxation, less bloating, better skin health, better bile flow, feeling less congested around gall bladder/liver. But this crap did NOT make me feel anything! I then switched to Nature''s Way Choline + Inositol and All of the above therapeutic effects were visible within a week! That shows how impure this product is !
