I was having trouble with histamine reactions with food intake- getting headaches. This stopped it in its tracks. I took this before I ate and it helped immensely. This , coupled together with probiotics , took care of the problem. Excellent for gut health.

I started taking this quercetin mainly for seasonal issues. I usually get nosebleeds in winter, and I've gone about two months without one since I began using it. I can't say for sure if it's the reason, but the timing makes me think it helps. I plan to keep taking it.

I shop around for the best price of supplements, as I take a lot of them. This is by far the best priced quercetin %26 bromelain mix I have come across. Additionally, I appreciate that the product is a high potency blend - making the serving size only 2 capsules vs. 3-5 found in their competitors serving size.

I wasn't expecting much from this product but figured it's worth a shot to try. After a few days of taking this I felt my inflammation go down quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this to those dealing with inflammation issues!

AMAZING RESULTS! I personally didn't really expect any changes. But let me tell you that this products anti inflammatory properties helped alleviate the inflammation around lower spinal disc. It has definitively` improved the way i feel and for that I am grateful. 10/10 recommend.
