while I don't know anything about the long-term impact of this supplement, I do like the packaging and the professionalism in presentation. by that I mean the capsules come on individual trays. The The box is sealed and there is a clear expiration date stamped on both the trays and on the outside of the box. The supplements that I got were a year old and expire in a year. this is about the Midway point for the effectiveness of these capsules. this will be my first time trying any of the ingredients in this capsule. I am cautiously optimistic but have tried many supplements in the past with no effect. to date, the only supplement that has really helped me has been dragon's blood. these are easy to take, although it does take some effort to pop the capsule out of the blister pack. I've had no side effect from taking a capsule and so far have not really noticed a benefit one way or the other.

I have dealt with the inconvenience of hemorrhoids for over two decades. It's never an easy thing and can be embarrassing on top of the pain and discomfort.
