Great Magnesium Supplement for Better Sleep
My husband has been taking this magnesium supplement, and it's made a noticeable difference in his sleep quality. He used to struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep, but since he started taking this supplement, his nights have become much more restful. He wakes up feeling refreshed and energized. Good formulation
I am pleased to find this magnesium complex formulation. My research suggests in my situation this formulation would be better than just a single magnesium formulation. I also trust this brand of supplement for its quality and hope it will prove effective for my situation.

Best magnesium
I'm a returning customer, and I love this formula. No negative side effects, big but not too difficult to swallow. AOR is a trustworthy brand, more pricey of course, but excellent quality. Helps with sleep!

Perfect for my needs
I'm a regular AOR client. Love the quality of their products. The size of their packaging is enough for me. Magnesium is an essential part of my supplement regimen.

Great Quality Product!
100% recommend - one of the best supplements i have taken! Improve my sleep and my hormone balance. Also no muscle pain as I used to have before, while doing a lot of sports and other activities.

AOR is one of the most respected brands out there. Good quality forms with multiple areas of benefit. AOR is pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Has aspartate in it which is an neuro excitatory in the brain. I feel this is poison and will be throwing out the bottle.
Aspartate. Similar to artificial sweetener, from my research. I will not be using this and wasted my money. Low quality, unhealthy ingredient, may be a poor form of magnesium.
