Bought this for H Pylori and I love the mastic. However, since H. Pylori starts in the mouth, I empty out the capsules and chew the mastic to get the full benefit. So a ridiculous waste of packaging here. i would much rather buy the raw basic mastic resin 'tears' but they are not available on I Herb yet.

My naturopath recommended this to me because I had some burning in my stomach. It calmed the burning down alot at the beginning, but then it did not change much. I think it was too strong, so I am only taking one per day instead of two. That seems to work better for me.

Strong toxic chemical smell upon opening the bottle which caused a gag reflex! Not willing to take the risk on consuming whatever is truly in these large capsules!?!
