I'm very picky and I have a healthcare background that I won't elaborate on, in my estimation this is the best multivitamin on the market

Anything I've ever bought from AOR has been wonderful. Truly a great set of products with well researched components. For this particular one, it's a classic multivitamin basic daily vitamin supplement which you can always complete with other formulas from their line if needed. Always check your needs with a blood test though and have your doc read it. The only other items I've had to supplement for personal deficiencies are omegas and iron that this multivitamin doesn't have enough of. Taste isn't something I've noticed like in other products. Good ingredients of high quality.

I feel much better knowing that this is packed with the basics of vitamins and some minerals that I am missing from my diet. There is no other multi vitamin I've seen that has vitamin K, all 8 forms of vitamin E as well as trace minerals such as boron… truly amazing…

These are exceptional quality. I am unable to eat a quarter of the daily intake of a normal adult due to surgical complications. This situation is complicated by severe food allergies. I am entirely dependent on vitamins for my nutritional needs. These vitamins keep my levels perfect. Previous supplements haf not accomplished this and I ended up with a severe vitamin c deficiency. This company is straight up about their ingredients. cannot recommend them enough.
