Good product, which contains 3 active probiotic strains. These strains are resistant to gastrointestinal conditions, so they work well. This product effectively normalizes the microflora of intestines, saves the body from diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disorders. Highly recommend.

I ordered this product after reading about soil born organisms as probiotics on the Animal Pharm blog, but was waiting to see reviews before I tried it. No reviews! Eventually I found the abstract of a small study that showed when these three organisms were given to people after major abdominal surgery, there was an infection rate of 3% compared to 48% in the control group. That's what I was waiting to hear, as, having gastritis, I was not eager to drop spore forming, antibiotic resistant organisms into my poor stomach without knowing how other users fared. Years of horrible IBS - I couldn't eat an apple without getting cramps like a knife in the gut, followed by osmotic diarrhea. All fruit was off the menu, and many other foods as well(the FODMAPS diet works, but doesn't effect a permanent change). So, eventually I tried this probiotic. Very carefully, always on an empty stomach, waiting an hour before eating, and then eating plenty of fresh green veges. Two weeks later, and things are different... I find I can now eat fruit the way I could before the IBS. Apples, watermelon, paw paw, great big bowls of fruit salad. No cramps, no running to the bathroom. And enormous bowls of carrot soup, that would have caused all sorts of grief previously. I understand that the three organisms in this product are not transients, and support each other's growth. I don't know yet if the lack of symptoms is permanent, but I have stopped taking the probiotic and will start again if symptoms return. It seems that this one works!!! And there have been no ill effects of any kind, either.

For me this is the best probiotic. I take 3 caps at once for at least 20 days and my intestines are just so much better in times of need. It really rejuvenates things so to speak. Ideally I'd like to take 1 bottle at least once a year. It just works really well and you feel healthier and better taking these.

It only has 3 probiotics however those 3 you generally don't find in other probiotics and the benefits are pretty good for gut health, immunity, digestion to name a few. I noticed an improvement almost immediately when I first started taking this, its not to say my health was bad its generally very good but this made it even better. It's hard to describe but its a good one. Some are stating Enterococcus faecium is a pathogenic and some strains of it are however the strain in this is carefully selected beneficial probiotic. I've taken it with only positive benefits, the 3 strains are also particularly beneficial for anyone with IBS, UC or any other inflammatory bowel conditions from the research I've done.

In my experience, rare to find a good probiotics package that boosts butyric acid producing microbiome. So I was happy to integrate AOR probiotics into my daily routine because it not only help with digestion, but it has offered remarkable anti-aging benefits. The quality of life improvement has been noticeable, with increased vitality and a sense of overall well-being. Additionally, I've found that incorporating this supplement has positively influenced various health markers, contributing to a more youthful feeling.

Helps me totally with building up good intestinal flora after 3+ years of SIBO, fructose malabsorbance and many other problems. That was a long route and I cannot say exactly what helped me when. Anayway, now that I am back to healing while still having bouts of diarrhea depending on what I ate (not being able to detect which food exactly did what), I started using AOR Probiotic-3 TOGETHER with Sécuril and Solgar Acidophilus+. The combination of the three did the trick, within a day! I must say that I also take HIGH doses of vitamin D to help heal the intestinal lining, together with vitamins K2, A and E - which are a must when taking high doses of D.

Just a great quality supplement for digestion problems ,microbiome health, constipation, gut disorders (IBS etc)! Easy to shallow size of the capsule, neutral taste, so value for 💰. For best absorb and benefit , like any other probiotic, on an empty stomach every morning (or twice a day), at least 30 minutes before meal.

I am only not giving 5 stars because have not been using the product long enough to learn everything about it. But this probio has real effect. When I take others, usually, I just hope they help. This one makes it felt you have taken it. Soon. Maybe the same night.

I have found it hard as many with Histamine Intolerance do to find a probiotic we can take. This one seems to be working well for me! I take it in the morning or middle of night when I wake up as Histamine is lower after the 3am release of it. Good pricing here on Iherb especially when I can hit a sale.

I didn't realize when I purchased this that it contains lactose. I even tried to take it with lactase and it still caused me digestive problems, so I had to stop taking almost immediately. Big waste of money. Not sure whose bright idea it was to include lactose in a product that's supposed to help people with gut issues. It may be high quality but will be unusable for a lot of adults.
