Most absorbable Calcium
I searched to find out the different type Calciums after the doctor said I needed to take 1500 mg per day. Therefore I take 1 capsule with each meal. I found that Calcium Orotate is the most absorbable Calcium and therefore better for me. Have only taken 1 bottle (1 month) but as I continue to take daily, I should know something by September when my next doctor appt is.

Great product with best price!
This was recommended by my nutrition coach. Apparently, it works as should since I just had blood work done and all levels were "great" according to my doctor.

Advanced Research Calcium Orotate
I read that calcium orotate is an effective form of calcium, so I wanted to try it, even though there had been no reviews written on it. I am not sure how to test its effectiveness, (so I gave 3 stars for an average rating), but I like the fact that you only have to take 3 capsules to get 1500mg of calcium per serving. Most other calcium supplements require you to take 4 or 5 large tablets. It is pricey, compared to other calcium supplements - it would be nice if Swanson could introduce other manufacturers who also produce calcium orotate, perhaps to offer more competitive prices.
