I use this product for years on the advice of my doctor.
This particular form of Magnesium is not made by many companies and this is an excellent company and quality of the product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

this works for me
I have tried other magnesium and magnesium orotate and this one works the best for me. It is spendy but I have learned my lesson on trying other brands. The tablets do have a chalky finish but I have gotten past that as a problem.

Best form of magnesium
Well maybe it's up in the air with the aspertate form. I think I will compare the prices between the 2 forms as this is a pricey supplement but needed because most are deficient in magnesium.
