Very nice works great

RepublicGal August 19, 2020

I like this but the cord is too short for my office chair I would need an extension cord so I just never bothered I'll keep this at home in my Home Office

Great Gift

aples January 9, 2010

I bought this for my boyfriend who was having lower back pain from his maintenance job. He was really excited that it used heat and was compatable for home and car, he told me he wasn't sure where to use it. I actually used it myself the other day when he left it on his computer chair. It can massage or use heat, or both simultaneously. So you can pick and choose, which I thought was rather nice. He tells me he uses it almost everyday and his back feels great. It's a great buy for the price and quality. Although, personally, I'm not one for the vibrating massage. This cusion doesn't have any kind of rolling massagers, it just vibrates which I don't find as relaxing. I also wish they had other colors available, although black does look very proffessional. But it wasn't bought for me and as long as he loves it I'm happy with it.

Helpful

LizA February 7, 2017

I have problems with my lower back and right hip and thought this would help more than just using the heating pad. The vibration does help along with the heat. The only thing I would change is the shape. It would be convenient if it fit better against the lower back and was a little softer to lean against but I guess with the parts inside it to make the heat and vibration functions that is not possible so I will continue to use it and just be thankful that it does help the pain.

Good product

rowdyraccoon December 3, 2011

I haven't used the heat and massage yet. I was surprised at how firm the cushion is --- wish it were a little softer. However, it has made a huge difference in my back. I use it in my recliner chair, and it provides the support I needed. Since I have been using the cushion, when I get up out of the recliner my back no longer aches, and I can actually walk upright! Therefore I am very happy with the product.

Gift or son

clearancecathy December 28, 2010

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He works for a large whse home improv store, so stands on concrete floors all day. He's been having problems with his back, so I thought this might help. He can use this in his car on the way home to ease the pain. This time of year the heat feature is wonderful. He's happy with it.

Refer possible, but with conditions. . .

GaGirlie March 23, 2015

This back support is very hard and non-giving in terms of good foam support that 'gives' under body pressure. Depends on your needs, but for me, it is too hard. The vibration aspect of product is bothersome and as others have said...rather loud and gives me zero relief. However, the heat aspect is sufficient, so making my purchase work, I turn off vibration and turn on heat. It is not a burning heat as when I place my bedbuddy in the microwave and heat that bad boy up, but yes...sufficient. Helpful. Would I purchase again? Doubtful since only half of the product meets my needs.

Functionally great but very firm

Archie March 6, 2021

Functionally this does exactly what I wanted, gentle vibration (rather than deep tissue massage) and heat. The size is also what I expected and it is quiet. Its VERY firm though. A layer of padding or memory foam would make it more comfortable. I am using a thin memory foam cluster pillow over it to make it a little softer, but that decreases the effect of the vibration.

Too bulky

skeeter63 March 3, 2017

I love the heat and vibration, however, it is too thick to be comfortable in the driver's seat of the car. It pushes me so far forward, I have to adjust the seat back away from the steering wheel and that makes it hard for me to reach the pedals. Also, b/c of thickness of it, my upper back and shoulders are 2 or 3 inches away from the back of the seat. It makes me feel like I'm sitting in a backless chair.

At $15.00 I thought this would be a good value for when I'm driving or watching TV to keep my back from stiffining up. I was wrong it is very stiff and uncomfortable and does not get warm enough to relax my muscles, the vibration however is good and would help if unit didn't feel like a rock.

Not what the ad said

Hotshoe February 21, 2017

The ad states this can be used AC/DC that is not true. DC only. Have contacted the company 2 weeks ago to adjust this still no response. I will be taking this back to Walmart for a refund if I don't get an answer shortly
