Advantus FS-2BHD Heavy-Duty File Shuttle, 17-3/8w x 14-3/8d x 20h, Black

I used ship to store and it was there in lightning speed ready for my pickup. The item is easy to assemble and very heavy duty as the paper weighs a lot. Rolls easily even on my carpet. Very pleased with the purchase. May need to get another!

This is a great file shuttle.it is very strong, does not rattle or flex at all! I was able to put my rubbermade file carton right onto the shuttle-it fit perfectly. The rubbbermaid shuttle that came w/my rubbermade file carton was a plastic,very flimsy one that continuosly was rattling and flexing- but not with this one!!! It is awesome!

one thing, should put on the picture that the file box is sold separately. not everyone reads the "about the item", this time I didn't. the multi-cart that was pictured with the file cart was misleading also. should take those off.

What a handy, incredible assistant to my home office. However, I did not read in any of the other reviews, that you do not actually NEED the separately sold file box. The file rods are enclosed in this heavy duty, easy to put together shuttle!

Thought the file holder basket came with it, it don't. Without the basket , not a good deal and is almost usless.

The delivery was missing the insert that goes into the file cart frame. This is the second time I have ordered this and just the metal frame was delivered. What good is the frame alone without the file box that fits into it? The first time I ordered it, the frame came and I assembled it. I thought the file box insert would be delivered separately but it never came.. Now I have the frame but it is useless. I ordered the heavy duty file shuttle again again and the same thing happened. I knew it was just the metal frame in the box, so I returned it to Walmart. Since this happened twice, can Walmart please send me the file box insert if it is available or have the Advantus company send it to me? Why was this important component missing from both orders?

I should have known there was an issue when I saw the small box. Alas, I did not. When I began to unbox the product I was immediately met with metal parts in plastic bags coated with dust from rust and upon closer examination the parts themselves were rusted. No instructions were included. And on top of all of this, the container that would hold the files themselves was not sent. When I first saw the box I assumed that it may be in separate pieces that need to be assembled, however this was not the case. I have had many positive experiences with Walmart and Walmart Plus. However, I have always avoided the third party vendors. I will once again avoid vendors who are not Walmart proper. The one silver lining is that Walmart offered me plenty of return options at no cost to me. That being said, I am able to return this to the store as opposed to going through the hassle of Fed Ex.

Picture s MISLEADING!!!! You only get the cart, bin is sold separately!!! RETURN!!!

Misleading. Photo shows cart and container. Had to re order to get the container. Thought I had both for the price paid. Now have to assemble and then wait for container

What I got was totally not this picture. It was definately not heavy duty, there were no handles as shown in this picture and there was no cover! I am not happy at all with what I got delivered!!
