This Gun is so much fun I even play with it. My son loves it. It shoots single fire and rapidly but you have to keep the trigger down to do rapid fire and sometimes it jams but it's only happened once. Very fun and high capacity for lots of living room fun.

I have never seen a blaster with a capacity of 40 before seeing this thing it has FPS velocities around 90 this would definitely be considered a primary blaster if you were to enter a competition with the slam fire you practically have a machine gun foam blaster only $20. It's unbeatable the only thing that is not awesome is that it won't shoot darts very hard which is also good because you can use this for dart tag.

Bought two because its so good. Ridiculously fun and easy for anyone to pick up and use! I give these to my friends when we have nerf wars because they dont have to worry about reloading magazines. You just pick darts up off the ground, put em in the drum and you're ready to fire! Very comfy to hold as well! Best value for $20 that Ive seen in a while!

This Action Force Villainator Dart Blaster will surely delight your 8 year old and above child! Though it is a toy that shoots nerf darts, it feels and handles very well. It has a spring powered pump action which means no batteries needed!! This is a big plus for me! When you remove packaging from the gun, load the 40 darts with blue side up in the drum. Next, look on each side of drum in the middle and you’ll see green plastic inserts. These need to be pulled /deployed and sticking out so you when you push drum into chamber (blue side of darts facing barrel) the green inserts hold drum in place. There is no button for insert or eject of drum. Next, roll the drum around with your hand and make sure it inserted properly and will easily roll. Once you know drum is inserted properly you are ready to shoot! Simply pump once and pull trigger! These darts will shoot as much as 80 feet and your child can rapid fire, too! The end of the barrel has an orange site that can be pulled up and the stock has an ejection button where it can be removed making the gun shorter. The drum is hard to insert and eject, but works great. Our grandson chooses to leave the drum in the gun to reload darts instead of removing drum each time he shoots all 40 darts. This is a really nice nerf dart blaster for a child and would make a wonderful gift for the child that wants to shoot nerf darts. I cannot believe the speed, relative accuracy and power of this thing. I've seen neighbor kids with much more expensive Nerf products that just pale in value with this Villainator. I hear these are Walmart exclusives and they got a winner with this. My kids will enjoy this immensely! The only thing I can fault is the zip ties used in the packaging to hold the dart drum. Thick and hard to cut (wire cutters would be better than a box cutter or scissors on this). Otherwise a 100% win here at a great price. Everything else is well thought out. One thing I haven't seen are extra drums, maybe in time.

The Adventure Force Villainator dart blaster makes for tons of summertime fun for my kids! This amazing dart gun comes in three parts that are extremely easy to put together. There is the main part of the gun, the drum, and the tactical stock (the gun can be used without the stock). The drum holds 40 darts (they are included) and rotates when in use. It is pump-action and can be a bit hard for younger kids to pull back. The box said that it can shoot up to 80 feet, but I think that may be without any wind. However, I can attest to it being capable of shooting up to 30 feet when there is a light wind. The darts are green foam with blue tips and can get a bit lost when in grass and are easily lost. However, Adventure Force replacement darts can be used as well. The darts aren’t hard and will not hurt unless you are shot from up close. This is a fun toy for kids of all ages to partake in. But, as stated before, the pump action is a bit harder for a younger child to use. The size can also be a bit awkward for smaller children. Overall, this is a great summer toy!!!

I love it, at first i was confused till if i figured it out and problem is the bullet some are missed bullet. it said supposed to be like 50, But i got 30 bullets.

The first thing I noticed about this toy gun, is how well it's made. It is plastic, but it's durable and made really well. The darts are made really well too, and are pretty soft. I don't recommend shooting them at close range though because they do hurt when hit from close up. You can detach the stock of the gun too, if you don't want the piece there. There is a sight you can look through too, which is fun for the kids. Attaching the super drum to the gun is actually easy. There are 2 knobs on each end of the drum that you pull out, and then you just push the drum in. It's really simple, even for kids. The drum can hold 40 darts too, which come with the gun! The darts can shoot up to 80 feet too which is a long distance! You can either do single fire or rapid fire with the gun. For single fire, you just pull the front handle back and then forward again. Then, you just press the trigger to launch a single dart. If you want to do rapid fire, which is our favorite, you hold the trigger down continuously and not let up. Then while doing that, you slide the front handle back and forth as fast as you can. It's really simple to do and it's a lot of fun! The only downside I have had with this toy gun, is that it can jam kind of easily. We have had to un-jam it a few times. But, once it's not jammed anymore, it's back to a world of fun! All in all, this is a super fun toy gun, and I do recommend it! It has become a favorite in our house! Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

I really wanted to like the Adventure Force Villainator. The concept is awesome—a 40-dart drum means you can keep playing without constantly stopping to reload, which is a huge plus during battles with the kids. Unfortunately, quality control seems to be all over the place. I bought two blasters to qualify for free shipping. The first one works reasonably well. It averages about 35–36 good shots per full drum, with around four darts jamming or misfiring along the way. That's not perfect, but it's still fun. It also has a slam-fire feature, so if you hold the trigger down it fires as fast as you can pump it. Just be aware that this tends to cause even more jams. The second blaster was a complete dud. It fired maybe five darts correctly, then misfired or jammed on almost everything else. I confirmed it wasn't the darts by loading the exact same darts into the first blaster, where they worked fine. The problem was clearly the blaster itself. Returning it was fairly easy. I did have to print my own return label, but at least they offered porch pickup, so I didn't have to waste time or gas driving to a shipping location. With a 50/50 success rate, I can't recommend this product. The design is fantastic, but the inconsistent quality makes it a gamble. I'm also glad I spent the extra couple of dollars on the two-year protection plan because, based on my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if my remaining blaster fails after a few good battles. Rating: 2/5 stars. Great idea, but the poor quality control keeps me from recommending it.

Came quick and thought it was going to be a good product. Came out of the box and didn't function! Didn't even want to see about a replacement if the first one past quality control in this state.
