This is the only pill my autistic son can use!!! Because he cant swallow vitamins at all. And advil is the only medicine that works wonderfully for my boy! thank you. i would recommend this seller 🙂

Formula change?
The reason I'm writing this review is that as of May 2026, the formula seems to have changed; it has a weaker grape flavor and so you notice more of the medicinal bitterness. It does make me wonder if the formula was changed in any other way, because this is an unpleasant surprise and I would not be surprised if the change was made to cut costs.

Perfect for anyone who cannot swallow pills. Has a somewhat bitter taste but not horrible. Other than gi upset for those sensitive to nsaids, overall good product. Just wish this was more cost effective.
