I took 2 during that time of month, but switched back and forth between my usual Pamprin or Midol and then Advil. I liked the combo. I also took it when having to study or be on the computer at work. I start to get headaches behind my eyes, or when dealing with a stressful situation. I will continue to use these! The capsules are not that big and are comfortable to take.

They go down smoothly with no after taste. Pretty quick acting, these are 200mg so i take 1-2 for a headache depending on how badly it hurts. I would recommend to anyone who needs pain relief.

I also suffer from restless leg syndrome and depending on the night it can get really bad. So having pain reliver on hand comes in handy.

The only thing that could use improvement is how quickly it takes for them to kick in. I dealt with my headache for about 15 minutes before I got relief. The upside it that the relief was fantastic and lasted all day.
