Definitely give yourself at least 8 hours to sleep though. If you have to wake up sooner than that, might be a little groggy. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow. These advil pms have become a go to for a long day that needs a good nights rest it helps with muscle aches too after a lot of physical labor. There is just something satisfying about the way it feels while swallowing it and doesn't leave that gross bitter taste on your tongue that you sometimes get from the latter. It's weirdly a pretty blue color, too, lol. When it comes to the pill, it does what it says. I took a couple before bed a couple of days ago when I had a headache, and I fell asleep shortly after.
