Impressed with this. Used on my old knobby knees and calves and it went to work. Does it have a smell? Of course it does. It's medicine. But when you're in pain who really cares as long as it works right? Kinda a strange checklist of steps just to get it ready for use. But not difficult if you can read instructions. Hey it works, worth the effort. i wish they sold a big vat i could just dunk my whole body in lol. So yes, i endorse this product.

Works great on my knees, neck, shoulders, and back to relieve pain. It is very fast-acting and the relief lasts for many hours. It goes on smoothly and is easy to apply. The smell is pleasant and not overwhelming.

At first a bit difficult to open but once I got it opened, it was great. The smell is a bit overwhelming but so is BenGay and I've used it for years. Good product overall.

I have an issue with my shoulder, my partner rubs it on and it helps a lot. She has a bad knee and she puts it on her knee and she has no more pain. Her knee pain may remain gone for a few days, so very good for that, my shoulder pain, not so long but still very good. Helps me sleep through the night.

this works great on my neck and shoulder. it really helped ease the tightness %26 pain in my neck %26 shoulder. the smell is strong sorta like ben gay but not intolerable. I highly recommend this product.

I like the glide on applicator. Not as messy as a liquid cream. Did not feel as much pain relief as I would like. Good to have something easy to use for some pain relief versus none.

Item is named Advil Targeted Relief. Pain Relieving Cream. I have severe arthritis and thought this was a great idea. I didn’t see the small note at the top that said does not contain the same ingredient as advil. Essentially I paid over 13 dollars for a very small tube of Bengay RIP OFF

tried for 30 minuates or more to use it, could not get the mecine out, glad i still had some other medicine, you need to use a another type of conainer, this one is crap!!!!!

Confusing design on the applicator top. Some kind of ridiculous “flower” top that is supposed to be removed with (?) what section of top (applicator) which you yank off not knowing IF you can get it back together OR get to the actual product. There’s is NOTHING that points to which area of this applicator top (white section) is supposed to “screw off the flower top.” And no area I tried fit it OR screwed it off. Had to go get a liar’s and twist it off and HOPE the thing would go back together and allow me to access the actual product. So, just tried it for first time. Jury is still out but it seems to be helping. I could have saved myself 3 $$$ if I had just got it without the applicator top which is a hard plastic and uncomfortable and shoves the cream to the outside edges of the applicator so if you don’t notice THAT you’ll run out a lot quicker! Save yourself some cash and buy the cheaper tube and rubber gloves to rub it in with as this crazy contraption sucks!!!

This is only menthol, no pain reliever at all.
