Never received Advin Respiratory Kits as ordered. Was sent wrong items I never ordered. Please issue immediate refund.

Short shipped
This vendor offers two versions: 2 kits or six kits. Each version uses the same item number. The two kit item is explicitly described as two kits containing two tests for a total of four tests. See screenshot). The six kit item is described simply as six kits. By using the same item number for “kit”, the consumer is led to expect six kits of two tests each for a total of twelve. The 2x2 test version is $14.71 and the six pack is $26.50. The latter is a bargain, but understandable because the price includes shipping. The seller saves on picking and packing and the base shipping fee. I ordered the six pack. I received a short shipment today. The packing list (see photo) said there should be 3 kits (not six) and that all 3 shipped. There was only one tracking number What I received was two kits (see photo). Not even close, guys.
