I've drank Red Bull for YEARS. I'm talkin 3-4 Red Bulls a day. Not healthy at all. And it still didn't hit it for me 100%. I would be jittery. I would be super irritated. I hated the carbonation making me feel bloated. I'm telling you now, Red Bull don't got NOTHING on spark. I feel clear headed. My energy lasts literally all day long. I have zero crash. I actually ENJOY and crave the flavors. There's no carbonation. I can keep little packets in my pocket for later. I can keep going and going. I get nothing from writing this review except the opportunity to share my honest feedback. PLEASE just try spark ONE time. Just once. It's a complete game changer. Spark fo life.

I have been using Spark for several years now. When I am at work and I feel myself hitting a wall, I put a packet of Spark in a bottle of water and drink it. It doesn't take even 30 minutes, and I have a natural energy burst with the benefit of all the vitamins and minerals in the packet as well. It perks me up and helps me to make it through the remainder of the day. Blue Raspberry is my favorite, but a lot of other flavors are good as well.

My daughter loves Spark and loves this flavor! It helps her to stay focused first thing in the a.m. when it's hard to get the morning going.

This is by far one of my favorite flavors. I began drinking this and it helped me to kick soda and energy drinks from stores.

Same great taste, just now you get half of the product. I use to be a distributor five years ago and they would fill these to the top, making it hard to get the scoop out but I didnt complain. I couldnt believe my eyes when I opened the canister and it was literally half full. So a month supply, was gone in two weeks. I just started back on this and I'm already rethinking that idea. I thought about becoming a preferred member but i just dont think for the amount of money, you are getting what you should.

While I love Most spark flavors I have tried this blue raspberry is definitely not my favorite. It is okay but I don't think I will order it again.

I received a canister with my order and noticed it said “Contains Bioengineered Ingredients. This is disheartening since I don't normally buy food that contains any GMO's. I will not be buying this product again and have lost trust in Advocare when they start adding GMO's to their products. To me, they are no longer pure now.

Use to be different. I use to get a container a month back in college. Thought I would try it again. Doesn't taste the same but could come with age or ingredients changed. Not sure but it doesn't seem to give me the energy boost it once did when I would buy a ton from a distributor back in the day.

For some reason the canister had very fluffy product, it was not the texture that spark usually is and it doesn't seem caffeinated. It's like just blue raspberry flavor and that's it.

Whatever changed in the formula in the last year is not for the better. It tastes watered down, and if it even gets slightly warm it turns a weird green color and tastes weird
