This couch was super easy to assemble and its super soft and comfortable to sit on. It is super big and spacious and for the price the quality is top tier. It does arrive in 5 boxes and mines did arrive in 2 different days but the seller was quick to contact and confirm when the other two will arrive so even more stars to them!!! I love love this couch it was such a steal. This was everything and more then I expected. Girl get you this couch for reals. Ugh im in love. IM SO HAPPY!!!!!
Exactly what I wanted! I was a little unsure bc of the price and furniture is so expensive but this is such a great purchase for the money. Happy with the texture, color and size. Took me an hour and forty five minutes to put together by myself.
This sofa is very comfortable and I enjoy the ability to change it easily.
It's perfect the material the asamble and came on time
I love this couch so much. It's very comfortable, big, and easy to adjust. My only downside is that the metal connectors are not the best way to keep the pieces together which causes the pieces to separate easily. This can be annoying especially when you are relaxed in the couch. Apart from that I really love this couch.
One of the worst customer service that I ever seen the qualities super low and once you guys receive the order if you have any problems, they are just replying one email in 48 hours and they are just wasting time not solving the problem. Thanks for Walmart to send my money back otherwise because of this company, I would delete my Walmart app as well, but Walmart customer service was soo helpful , but this company was one of the worst companies and the worst customer service that I ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Advwin. And hopefully Walmart should remove there products from there website as well to having happy customers ever.
The seller has not responded to my many attempts to get in touch with them. I cannot begin a return with just Walmart, I have to be in touch with Advwin. They only sent some of the parts/pieces. I cannot even put my couch together.
I am unable to fit some of the legs, and for certain parts, the screws are not going into the holes because a few of the holes are not properly aligned
I sold my couches today because this couch was going to be delivered today but it came missing a box and it takes 48 hrs for the seller to reply back and i had a family gathering tomorrow but with no couches so embarrassing
