Because of the cooler weather I didn't try this right away. But when I opened the box the unit was the only thing in the box. No instructions, no wheels, no remote. Doesn't seem to be the correct item. Guess I'm stuck with it. No one seems to be able to help. Didnt want to rate but had no choice.

The description of the item gave the impression that it would "cool" a room. It wasn't any better than a tiny fan. I was very disappointed.
