This little machine does it all! I use it in my home office and it keeps me comfortable all day. The cooling mode is refreshing, and the heating kicks in fast when it's chilly in the morning. Super quiet.
It has been great in my Attic with no windows has been keeping me cool to the summer. I would recommend this product for anyone who doesn't have a window.
Can heat an individual room very comfortably? Also, cooling comfortably, the humidity works. Well, overall, great for individual room.
I bought this mainly for the bedroom, and it's been great. It doesn't take up much space and I love the remote control. The fan is quiet, and the humidifier really helps with dry winter air. Would definitely buy again.
Swing feature gets stuck at times
still trying to figure it out, so far the humidifier ability isnt working... the manual really sucks and doesnt explain how to utilize it... blows kinda cold and kinda hot air... doesn't really work all that well.
At first, this tower worked so well. I eve recommended it to my parents. But less than a year later and with very minimal use (maybe 6 times), the heating function has stopped worked %26 it blows cold air regardless of what mode it is heating on. Very disappointing to spend $100 on something that stops working so soon.
Wanted a QUIET air conditioner for my room so I could use it while I sleep and got this one cause it says it operates under 25dB… WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DESIGN A “QUIET” A/C THAT RANDOMLY BEEPS!? I read the manual and says nothing about it. It just does not make sense to me. Don't buy it, I am returning it next week.
the heat part of this unit is blowing out cold air. cant get it warm. wasted money no way to contact them
