I'm very impressed with this awning. It looks nice and a friend that came to help me put it together did it without much problems. It was simple for the most part but I'm sure if I would have attempted it by myself it wouldn't have been as easy. the instructions were very easy to follow and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Looks so much better and sleeker than the fabric top gazebo we had. Took my husband a day and a half to put it together by himself. I love it.

Put it up. Works great. I wanted shade and dryness. Love it

-Excellent packaging! -The color is as described. -The instructions were fine until halfway through the construction process. (Make the pictures larger. Fill up the page.) -The roof panels were ridiculously difficult to install due to alignment issues. (There has to be as easier way! This was the smallest size!) -Looks good, now that it is finished! -Now we’ll see how it holds up on the rain.

The product was installed according to the instructions, but there is a sag of approximately one inch at the center relative to the column supports. There is no live load at this time of year, but I am concerned about the snow load in the winter. What solution have you found?

Product dimensions were inaccurate. We purchased the 16 X 10 for our deck expecting it to fit perfectly based on the advertised measurements. However, it's a few inches longer than stated, making it unusable for us. Additionally, it's non-returnable. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I have one bag of parts missing so I have not been able to finish the assembly . I have reached out twice now and no eta for the parts that are missing. Also the aluminum description is misleading. The only Aluminum are the cross sections for the roof . All the rest is metal .

This item was advertised to be easy assembly %26 deliverable in three days. However, it is not, %26 was not (delivered on time). The worst was (non-) Customer Service. The vendor told me, in wtiting, that I could take it back to Walmart for a full refund. However, after loading it up, and taking it (100 lbs. ) into the store, Walmart refused to take it as a return or refund the purchase price. Terrible customer service!

This is made with such cheap materials. I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't last us a year. We have high winds and heavy snow, I don't have very high expectations for this. Very disappointing because it was very expensive for what it is.
