AECOJOY 5-Piece Patio Metal Dining Set with 4 Stackable Chairs-Dark Gray

I bought this set and was surprised at how quickly it shipped out. The table was a breeze to assemble, however when I went to put together the chairs I was bummed to find out that the hardware was not delivered. There used to be a number to call and leave a message; however I didn’t have high hopes in getting a response as it went straight to voicemail and the voice mail didn’t seem very professional, so I opted to go through Walmart’s website and have them contact the seller on my behalf. This was a dream. I heard back from the seller the following day and they shipped the parts I needed out. The original delivery was on Thursday and I got the hardware on Monday. I couldn’t ask for better service than that. Overall I’m happy with the set, the chairs are a bit narrow but works for me.

Very pleased with this patio set. Metal is sturdy. Table and chairs are not wobbly Size listed was exactly as stated and just right for our back porch at the shore. Assembly was easy. All supplies were included and securely sealed and labeled. We only had one issue, which was one of the small screws for the chair did not have the center punched out. We got it to work because we were able to hand screw it pretty far and then I just a small plier to tighten it.

So I ordered this product and both boxes came in damaged. So I started to put together and realized table was dented and last chair was busted and couldn’t put together. Emailed them twice and got no response. They don’t stand by there product.

Legs are uneven when the screws are tightened. Asked the seller to send us new chairs.

It came and I only had my chairs,they didn't send my table. Had to call Walmart and talk to a associate, that gave me the number to call the main people so I could get my table sent out to me .

Received table and chairs. Started off fine. Assembled the table with no issues. Started to assemble chairs and the tapped and threaded holes for the arm to fasten to, was off set and could not be lined up with the arm to be screwed together. Some of the other chairs I needed to struggle with to get them to go together. I contacted the seller, receiving a message stating they would get back to me within 48 hours. It has now been 49 hours and no response yet!!!!!! If I don't hear back after this 2nd attempt to contact. I will be starting a refund process. Walmart lets them sell for the store Walmart should be in control of their vendors!!!!!

Product was damaged in shipping. This manufacturer refused to replace damaged item and did even offer enough money to replace the item separately. i purchased product protection and was still unable to have warranty or protection agreement honored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER
