AECOJOY 8.2' x 6.5' Manual Retractable Patio Awning,Outdoor Awning Retractable Sunshade Shelter-Beige

Overall nice product. Assembly instructions are not as clear as I would have hoped. I recommend looking up the video to watch while assembling as well as using the book. The manual retraction is a little stiff(slow process) and/or takes a bit but we have made some adjustments with our make shift drill attachment that retracts it effortlessly. Does provide shade and is not overly heavy. Nice calming shade(purchased the tan)and not a bad price for some shade and relaxation.

The awning cover is constructed with thick canvas material and ample length on the wrap ties. It was relatively easy to put over the awning and get it tied down with the (4) sewn-on ties. I did use a few extra Velcro ties as there were a few gaps along the bottom and wanted to make sure it was tight all around to keep small sparrow type birds out from trying to build nests. The sparrows are very good with just the smallest amount of space, as I know from past experience(s). Overall, the awning cover is very well-made and sturdy, and hopefully lasts many years to come.

I was going to trash this shade, But this replacement was the right price and now its like a new awning!

The directions are a joke. Find a video online and watch it. Otherwise great product.

Good fit for where I needed it. So far seems liek a good quality product for the cost. Only thing lacking was a better set of instructions, but was able to find videos to help guide me.

Had to buy special drill bits… pain to mount, pain to adjust. It gives shade. Don't trust in a storm, very poor quality. Rusting underneath.

The directions were awful it would tell you a size to arrange things by and say according to the picture below which had completely different sizes. We called the company phone number in the manual someone called us back and said they were going to give us a partial refund and when instructing us how to receive the refund was trying to get the money out of my account and a large message SCAM ALERT came across he was very upset when we said we were going to try to get support from the bank and when we said it was a scam he kept saying NO NO !

The description says 14ft x 12ft And it was 8 inches short

We received the wrong size material for the provided hardware. Ordered 10 ft and received 13 feet. Also the valance was missing. Walmart says they are not responsible and we can't the correct parts through them. This will be our last online Walmart order! We complained to the seller and have not heard back yet. We have the hardware installed and are waiting for the awning plus valance.

never received item 20 days later still waiting for a refund
